License

Gluck grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on any Mac you own, subject to the Mac App Store terms.

The app

Gluck is a hydration reminder tool. The lock screen overlay is a wellness suggestion and can always be dismissed (Cmd+Q or timeout). It does not prevent you from using your computer.

No warranty

Gluck is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any health outcomes. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice about hydration.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of Gluck.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
